Workshops & Trainings

We design and facilitate standalone workshops and cohort-style learning series on a variety of topics related to race, racism, power, privilege, intersectionality, identity, and equity.

Each one of our sessions is unique to its audience. We take the context of your organization and where individuals are in their own personal journeys to identify the most appropriate objectives and outcomes for each workshop.

As experts in adult learning facilitation, we ensure that our sessions equitably appeal to the unique learning and processing styles of different people, and design interactive, self-reflective experiences for continuous learning and ongoing engagement.

We offer workshops in three different formats:

  • 2 hours
  • Half day (4 1/2 hours)
  • Full day (8 hours)
